Payment Details

Only Paypal can be used for purchase from outside the UK.

UK Buyers Only:  Paypal and personal cheques are accepted, and must be received within seven days of ordering.  Cheque must clear before the item is sent - allow seven days from receipt of cheque.  I will advise you of receipt.  Please enclose your email and address separately, with the cheque, or you can forward these details using the email service available here.

Information:  All paypal payments must be made within seven days of ordering.  Otherwise I will return the item to my shop.  If you have any problems, then email.  I am a friendly kind of person.  Unfortunately Paypal doesn't inform me of which item you've purchased, can you please note separately by either contacting me or placing a note on your Paypal payment.

What are your postage charges?

A selection of postal services are available. 

First class - this has so far proven to arrive the next day. My charge is £1.00. 
Recorded Delivery - £1.68. 
Special Delivery - is dependent on weight.

Additional items will have an additional cost added.  Please contact me prior to paying.

What if I'm unhappy. Will you give a refund?

It would make me happy if you were delighted with your purchase.  If, for some reason you're not, please return it to me, securely packaged, using 1st class, recorded delivery(no other service is accepted), for a hassle-free refund.  I cannot give a refund if this service is not used: this cost will be refunded.

How do you package your jewellery and beads?

My jewellery comes in a choice of organza bag, or a box, with ribbon.  The choice is entirely yours.  It is then bubble wrapped, and sealed in a padded envelope.  My beads are bubble wrapped and then sealed in a padded envelope.

Do you only sell from your website?

I also sell direct, via parties and craft fairs.  (An craft fairs will be listed in my "Announcements" page.)

My beads are also sold via eBay.

Is all the jewellery you sell made by you?

It is.  I design, and make all the jewellery, and accessories sold on this site.

The beads for sale on my site are also handmade by me.  I do not sell anyone else's beads, nor mass produced imported ones.

Do you do commissioned pieces?

I do.  If you would like to discuss your personal requirements, please email me, and we will design a piece together, or beads.
